"False advertising and /or bait and switch?? 🤔 I applied online and was given an approval of $200. A few hours later I logged back onto my online account to upload my personal references and was given a higher approval amount of $400 to my surprise. Sadly and shocked, I received a call from Raphaela saying I was only approved for $64 dollars. She explained that loans are based on credit and the $64 would help build credit with them. I explained to her that consumers would like to know upfront either on their website, verbally, or on their flyer that credit will be used to determine a loan amount. That information is NOT stated on their site or their flyers. This could probably be interpreted as false advertising, (telling you one thing in print, and then verbally telling you another). Pics and screenshots attached to this review. Congrats to those reviewers who had success, but to new potential customers PLEASE KNOW YOUR CREDIT WILL BE CHECKED AND JUDGED ACCORDINGLY. By the way, I have little to no credit which is why I was verbally told an approval amount of $64...I'll pass on that. Thanks but no thanks. 😂"

"My husband and I applied for a loan via telephone and a representative by the name of Valerie took our information. She was a little unsure and unprofessional. When we went in to sign the paperwork yesterday, we asked for the manager Rachel because we wanted to ensure this was going to be done correctly. Valerie was sitting there and rudely said, "well I'm the one who helped you and this is what you were approved for." We told her we would rather wait for Rachel. Rachel took care of the processing of our loans and we got to meet Pattie who was great as well."
